Question 1

Do I need to be techy?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. If you can send an email, you can do this. Everything is in plain English, step by step, with no jargon. The Rocketeers is built for women who want clear guidance, not to become developers.

Question 2

What if it's not for me?

Accepted Answer

You are fully covered. Try the membership free for 14 days first. If you join a paid plan and change your mind, just ask within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Question 3

How much time does it take?

Accepted Answer

About 20 minutes a week. One useful skill, a little curated intel, and a prompt you can reuse. Small steps that compound, just like training for a long run.

Question 4

Is it only for women?

Accepted Answer

It is built for Australian women 45+, especially those in small business or admin roles. But the door is open to everyone who wants a warm, welcoming, jargon-free place to build AI confidence.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in a couple of clicks. Plans auto-renew each term so your access never lapses, but you are always in control and can switch off renewal whenever you like.

Question 6

When am I billed?

Accepted Answer

Never during your free 14-day trial. Billing only starts when you choose a paid plan and check out. Your chosen term is billed upfront, then auto-renews each term unless you cancel.
